Lemur - Conflict on a sunny day

Quintus is woken up by the sunlight.
Lemur is lying next to him, already awake.
Quintus has been sleeping in his treehouse.
Quintus is still tired, but Lemur immediately gets up.

They walk for a while until they reach another clearing.
A bunch of young people are already sitting on small tree trunks lying around like benches.

In front of them, there's an empty area where a bunch of older guys are standing.

Lemur is the only naked person there.
Everyone already stares at Lemur, which makes him feel uncomfortable.
They don't seem to mind Quintus, though.

They already hear people murmuring and laughing.
To Lemur it sounds like everyone already laughs about his little dick.
And they talk about why specificially a chubby boy like him has to walk around naked all the time.

One boy gets up and approaches Lemur.

Quintus looks around.
More people already came while they were talking.
Even Mandarine, the boy Quintus met the day before, is here.

Suddenly the older guys start talking and everyone gets quiet.
They seem to tell a story.

It's about an ancient legend about a goddess. She has power over life and death. Thus, she herself can become immortal and also create new life. However, she can also deprive living beings of their life force just by touching them.
She is said to have spent a lot of time in forests. But at some point she simply disappeared. It is assumed that she silently takes care of nature. But some also believe that she took away her own life force.

Lemur however leaves immediately. Quintus and Daniel keep sitting there, though.

He runs after Lemur and finds him off the track sitting around.

Mandarine hugs Lemur briefly and walks away.

Lemur now walks slowly and thoughtfully back to his sleeping place. There were already many reasons why he was annoyed.
But changing just for people he doesn't like really wouldn't make him happy in the long run.
Maybe he has to do something aganist it, but what?

On his way home, he meets Quintus again.
Daniel is with him.

Would you mind if I bring Daniel with me to your shack?
